The service charges have been partially revised. As such, the following will be our services charges effective
from 17th August, 2020 :
1. PAY ORDERS / DD on HDFC Bank
a) For Amount upto Rs.10,000/- Rs. 30/-
b) For Amount above Rs.10,000/- Rs.30/- plus Rs.2.00 per 1000 on Rs. 2,000/- maximum
amount exceeding Rs.10,000/-
c) Where DDs are arranged through other Banks, commission shall be charged as per the tariff of those
Banks.
2.
a) Service Charges for Outstation Cheque Collection
For Amount upto Rs.5000/-
Rs. 30/- + Tax + Postage
For Amount above Rs.5,000/- to Rs.10,000/-
Rs. 50/- + Tax + Postage
For Amount above Rs.10,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/-
Rs. 100/- + Tax + Postage
For Amount above Rs. 1,00,000/-
Rs. 3/- per 1000/- + Tax + Postage
b) In case collecting bankers charges are higher than the above, actual charges shall be levied, plus
our commission Rs.20/-
c) If the proceeds are for credit of Term deposit for minimum of 1 year, the instruments may be
collected at par.
3. RTGS/ NEFT :
Upto Rs.2.00 Lac
Rs.10/- per transaction
Above Rs.2.00 Lac
Rs.10/- per transaction
4. INWARD BILLS FOR COLLECTION
Rs.3.50/- per 1000 subject to minimum of Rs.20/-.
Actual postage and DD commission to be recovered
in addition to commission.
5. NO DUES CERTIFICATE
Issuing No Dues Certificate to other financial institutions
Rs.20/-
6. CONFIRMATION OF SPECIMEN SIGNATURE/ISSUE OF CREDIT REPORT
For obtaining loan from finance companies and for any other purposes.

7. BANK GUARANTEE : Guarantee shall be issued against sufficient security
If issued by our Bank
Fee @ 2% of the amount per annum subject to minimum of Rs.250/-
If arranged from Scheduled Bank (Karnataka Bank)

In case of Bank Guarantee fully secured by Term Deposits (If issued by our Bank )

For additional folios, charge of Rs.10/- per page may be charged. (1 page = 24 entries)
11. ISSUE OF DUPLICATE ATM CARDS Rs.200/-

13. ATM TRANSACTION CHARGES
5 transactions free per month.
More than 5 transactions

19. PURCHASE OF CHEQUE Interest @ 18% p.a. Minimum Rs. 25/-.DD Commission and postage at actuals.
20. OUT OF ORDER CCL/OD A/Cs
Penal Int. @ 2% p.a. if monthly turnover in the account is less than 40% of the sanctioned limit.
Penal interest may be charged proportionately At monthly/quarterly intervals.

24. RENEWAL OF CC/OD LIMIT 0.25% of the CCL/OD Limit maximum Rs.2,500/-
25. PENALTY FOR DELAY IN RENEWAL OF CCL/OD 0.2% of CC/OD Limit - per month.
1) GST as applicable shall be levied in addition to the above charges in respect of all services.
2) Income in respect of ‘PURCHASE OF CHEQUES’ (Sl. No. 14) constitutes interest and
therefore should be credited to interest account (not Commission a/c.).
3) Locker rent will be applicable from next renewal date.
With the prior permission of the Board/Executive Committee, Branches may allow concession in service
charges to deserving customers. Requests from customers, supported by valid reasons, may be forwarded
to H.O. for approval. Please ensure that the above service charges are implemented properly.
