All our branches and head office are under CBS (Core Banking Solution) offering any branch banking services to all customers. The CBS of the Bank is supported by Infrasoftech's OMNI Enterprise' solution and Data Center Hosting with Net Tech Services India Pvt. Ltd., Jogeshwari, Mumbai. All the branches of the Bank are connected to the Central Site at Jogeshwari, and DR site is situated at Udupi, along with a separate DR site at our Head Office, Vasco-da-Gama, Goa, both the sites replicates data every 30 minutes. The Bank is in the process of implementing business processes re-engineering to reap the benefit of CBS so also to offer variety of products to its customers. Bank is following up with the requisite authorities to established Treasury department with NDS/RTGS, CBLO facilities with membership of NEFT & SFMS. Bank has already started RTGS, NEFT and Online Tax Payment facility to their customers by getting registered as Sub-Members through HDFC Bank Ltd. & Axis Bank Ltd..
With the help of CBS, Bank has commenced operations of credit monitoring cell as well as centralized recovery cell and centralized processing cell. In line with various technologically advanced banks, the Bank has started Onsite ATM & SMS Banking services to customers and the bank is also planning to extend Net Banking facility to the customers within a year or so.
Bank has launched interactive website www.citizenbankgoa.com so as to make it accessible to the customers and public at large. Every new branch location proposed by the Bank will function under CBS environment from day one with on-site ATM. Bank is in the process to install Cash Deposit & Cheque Deposit Machines, so that customers can deposit cash or cheque without waiting in the queue.
